This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Small arms, ATGMs, MANPADS, loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles, trailers and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it is not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

I have family and friends all over the Ukraine. And yes, they are brave and patriotic.
The Donbass arc is a war of attrition, both sides trying to destroy personnel and equipment, destruction or occupation of strong points, such as factories and hardened facilities in towns and villages. The Ukes have turned much of the civilian infrastructure such as mines, factories, schools, hospitals, public facilities…even apartment blocks and homes…into military positions. ( noted by Amnesty International)
Some observers note the Ukrainians have been building up this area since 2014 and the Russians are advancing through one of the most heavily militarily-fortified areas in the world. Sometimes the daily gains are 100 meters or less.
But they are using massive artillery and rocket fire on the dug-in UKR, hitting theUKR reserve units to prevent rotation of fresh troops to the front, hitting the brigade command centers to leave the field BNs without coordinated direction, cutting UKR supply lines, and advancing so as to minimize their own casualties. But advancing.
Someday the way they are conducting this campaign will be studied by other militaries, incl ours.
Will be studied for the Russian errors. Getting into a war of attrition with a weaker opponent is not the ideal.
Not even remotely sure what you, Marcus, PIF, etc., etc., etc. are smoking but it must be some good sh*t. War porn is all you all have left to post cause posting actual news on what is occurring in Ukraine would just rip the narratives of the pro-Ukrainian propaganda machine.....
You mean like the Taliban?

Only because the UA high command and many less senior officers are totally incompetent and are misusing the tools they have been given. Russian artillery is relatively easy to take out, since they seldom move and are usually lined up.
That was a guerilla war. Russians haven't reached the victory part yet, they are involved in a WW1 style war of attrition against a much weaker opponent. Not sure what the western military experts are supposed to learn from that, except maybe how to avoid it at all costs.
“Someday the way they are conducting this campaign will be studied by other militaries, incl ours.”
Study how the RuZZians lost 1/3 of their entire Tank fleet in 5 months?
The RuZZian battle plan was to take the entire country in 15 days.
Yep, countries will study how NOT to wage war.
And today is Friday, August 5th 2022, and Ukraine is still being shredded by the huge Russian artillery advantage while continuing to lose the conflict.

The UA high command seems to not be in charge of this war.
Direction seems to be coming from Zelensky ( incompetent) and his top advisor Arestovich.
And probably in coordination with Washington DC and London.
Both militaries dominated by politicized bombasts with chests full of medals that never won a war ( well, maybe except Grenada and the Falklands)….dazzled by the Military-Industrial complex and its array of modern killing tools that are sold as “ game changers”
A schism between Zelensky and the UA Commander Zaluzhny has already been hinted. General Zaluzhny is being built up as the war hero that “ prevented the Russian capture of Kiev”. Not that the Russians ever intended to capture Kiev but merely pin down Uke forces defending Kiev, given the obvious physical evidence of their limited force deployment…
but OK. If it gives Zaluzhny creds to play a role in follow-on Ukrainian leadership that will be needed to reach a political settlement with Russia, then call him a war hero and hope the SBU does not take him out.

Arestovich is actually the publicist for the Presidential Administration run by the quasi-dictator Andre Yermak, a Russian and likely works for the FSB - Yermak, man responsible for ordering the removal of the mine fields that protected Ukraine from invasion from the Crimea.
Direction comes directly from the Presidential Administration of which Z is the figurehead with no power. Direction for the Presidential Administration comes directly from Moscow.
RuZZian shortage of Orlan UAVs?
“Commenting on a video with Russian Giatsint-B artillery, Vladen Tatarsky says that Russian artillery is being deployed closer to the front because they don’t have enough Orlan UAVs and have to use DJI Mavic 3 which have less range than the artillery. “

Another RuZZian ammo depot gone.
“Tokmak, Zaporizhzhia region, our soldiers destroyed a Russian ammunition warehouse”

That’s one theory
Another is that Russia is being pulled closer to the front faster than they might have chosen, risking losses, to try to suppress the all-out Uke shelling of civilians in Donetsk. Soft targets for the Ukes.
Russia working on this problem.
Unlike other offensives that have left open an avenue of escape for UKA regulars ( but not “ nationalists” of the extreme right) seeking to retreat, no such option offered to Adivka and other locations responsible for shelling civilians the past 8 years. The DPR and Wagner taking lead, with no quarter shown to those that don’t surrender.
You are really full of RuZZian Borschit.
Fun little bit of chatter (unconfirmed rumor) today is that the US has sent Predator drones with Hellfire missiles to Ukraine and they started zzzzzzotting Ruzzians in the last few days.
Sweet way to start the weekend!
