That is correct. The authority lies in the Florida State Constitution. Of course, a Florida judge may have something to say about a lawsuit. However, the Governor of a State is the executive branch and has the prerogative to hire and fire at will, except for elected officials.

I agree. Hopefully the 14 year olds kids in 2020 will see through democrap fascism and communism and vote for Trump in 2024. DeSantis in 2028...assuming we still have a USA.
