You’re really correct.
Doing some farmer walks with heavy kettle bells or dumbbells would do wonders.
As for specific tape recommendations, anything would be fine. I’d probably start by going to academy and seeing what they had in the golf or weightlifting areas.
Everyone’s hand grip weakens as they age. Even with attempts to maintain it.
I do it grip[ exercises every other day but I am getting older.... ( : >)
