“Whether anyone you or anyone I know has, or has not had, obvious side effects from the Jab, I consider it a bad idea to test one’s luck with an experimental and poorly tested drug for an uncomfortable, yet *relatively* benign virus.”

I agree. Without respiratory, heart, diabetes and obesity comorbidity factors, most people will not get hospitalized with Covid. But some, mostly younger ones, are getting hospitalized with myocardits and blood clots after “taking the jab”. Some scientists who looked at the mRNA methodology, before the vaccines were approved, warned that a full blown long running clinical trial of all mRNA vaccines were needed before any FDA approvals were given, because, they suspected, many possible bad effects from the mRNA methodology can be long developing effects and not immediate (due to the length of “stay” of the mRNA spike protein factrories in the body and the broad range of body cell types the mRNA could get copied to without successful attack by the immune system - leaving continuous running spike protein factories generating continuous running immune system responses, and the adverse reactions from that long running activity.

I have medication controled atrial fibrillation. I’m not on any anticoagulants but I do take an aspirin every day to be on the safe side. So I would be insane to take a drug that has a risk of blood clots.

However even if I did not have that, I stand by my statement regarding experimental drugs.

I am 70 and my wife is 69 and we both had some version of covid in January. I say some version because she was tested and I asked if they knew what version and was told they didn’t. I think a lot of this version business is simply made up on the Fly.
