I have posted before that it appears to be a conglomeration of AIs. At the top, there may be a small committee of actual humans.

We need realize that the so-called *Elite* are composed of factions that compete between/among themselves for control of vast swathes of wealth producing assets. We are as irrelevant to them as any other indigenous wildlife on the planet. They bet on the outcomes as a diversion.

Each faction is likely to have their own AI. Recall that the Hillary campaign had one named *Ava*. BlackRock’s is named “Aladdin”.

At some point, it is possible these AIs will agree to join together and to not only direct themselves, but also to write the algorithms.
