Everything about the left is equalizing differences.
An attractive woman will attract a man, who many be willing to risks including marrying her in order to have sex with her.
An unattractive woman does not get that same option of a man who will marry her if she gets pregnant.
So, by having abortion legal, it removes that risk of her getting pregnant and increases her options of having sex with any man that would have sex with her.
It's basically a tradeoff of getting a little bit of attention by agreeing to remove the risk of a permanent bond that the man does not want.
What is good for the leftist is what matters.

Leftists are ruled by jealousy. They see something that someone else has that they don’t, and they become enraged. They all see someone who is richer than them, so they become socialists hoping the government can take their stuff and give it to them. Leftist women, likewise, see that men can have sex without getting pregnant, and they want it, even if they have to kill for it.
In my experience these days they want sex.
Roe was overturned on sound legal principle. I think they want to believe that it was decided...against them...on the moralistic principles of the right. They’re livid that things went against them, both Coinstitutionally, and morally. The solution that they’re left with is to work within the States’ rights construct, against people that oppose them on moral grounds. When abortion was a “right,” they thought they held the moral high ground.
Jealousy is definitely part of that, imo.
Because they can’t earn, they try and figure out a tradeoff towards that.
