Folks, help me out here.

There are civil rights act discrimination which is pretty broad.

Then there are employment discrimination rules, which is where all the perversion began to be worshiped.

So if I don’t have an employment situation, I am back to civil rights rules?

But of course the states set up a bunch of additional rules also..................

A lot of “blending” of perversion rules, but if we know the details, ways out also?

With the Biden administration trying to force the competition between men and women in the same sport, while trying to utilize title IX, is a blatant inaccuracy. And in time, I hope people understand the problem.

Title IX is the most commonly used name for the federal civil rights law in the United States of America that was passed as part (Title IX) of the Education Amendments of 1972. It prohibits sex-based discrimination in any school or any other education program that receives funding from the federal government.

“There are civil rights act discrimination which is pretty broad.”

Through time, much broader than was intended. And as the concessions to different groups are being administered, it becomes an enemy to itself. When the rule fell into sports, and moving from prohibiting sex-based discrimination in any school or any other education program that receives funding from the federal government to trying to create a false position of financial protection based upon gender only for program existence.

So if it is being used to protect women’s programs, how can men be allowed to compete in women’s only programs based upon funding. Oops! So for that later addition of interpretation, allowing men and women competing together does not need title IX as there is no gender protection to be needed.

But that’s where the problems start. It’s going to get worse in time. As the reality of same sex sports starts to dissipate with the inclusion of all sports to all genders, what is the government funding going to be used for if it is earmarked for gender responsibility that no longer exists? Probably still be going to some little country for their military arms they won’t or can’t pay for.
