Putin came to conquer and steal the offshore hydrocarbons discovered in 2012. They can try to blame the victims for dressing provocatively, or third parties for Ukrainian politics not going the way Putin wanted, but it was Russia that decided to invade militarily and impose their will violently on their neighbors.

Ukrainians wanted to join the European Union, and enjoy the personal freedom and prosperity of the West, but Putin coveted control of their resources.
He attacked, and has attacked again, killing tens of thousands, and driving millions from their homes.
That blood thirsty monster deserves to die, for the horrors he has inflicted on so many innocent people.
