That doesn’t mean they lose their constitutional rights.

The public has constitutional rights to freedom of speech. Carriers of mass communications do not, and cannot be allowed to have censorship authority over them.

They can speak as private citizens, but they cannot be allowed to control other people's speech.

If it takes nationalization of this industry to stop this egregious abuse of the public, then I will support nationalization of this industry.
