I am surprised to learn that Chuck is married to a biological woman. This lady is indirectly on the Democrats ‘ payroll.
The conflict of interest is huge.
However, it is nice to see a married couple who are professionals involved in the same trade. Unfortunately, the trade they have chosen is lying for the commies.
People should read the decision and especially the side concurring and dissenting opinions. First you can see that most everyone finds Roe to be flawed at best. Second Kavanaugh points out that every single judge since Roe was decided has voted against Stare Decisis at least once. And most have done it several times.
Its also clear that Roberts is pro- abortion. His opinion seeks only to give a women enough time to decide an abortion. Kike its his decision. Why on earth is its Roberts job to decide how long a women needs to ponder her abortion.
The main opinion points out that Roe has already been overturned 30 years ago. Casey practically rewrote the whole decision. And even threw out the whole right to privacy in exchange for the right to Liberty. So Stare Decisis is not relevant here. If you want to know who the worst justice is. Its clearly Roberts. He is an elitist hiding behind twisted orientalist doctrine.
Kavanaugh and Thomas have opposing concurrent opinions. Kavanaugh says that the other rules based on the loose interpretations of liberty in the 14th amendment are untouched. Thomas suggests that they should be looked at too, as they are just as flawed.
The media has misinformed the public about this whole issue for decades. I am amazed how misinformed senators and normally intelligent people are. Roe has skewed how we look at the supreme court. It has skewed how people vote and what party they belong to. Hopefully we can correct many of the ridiculous misunderstanding and go back to the priorities we had before Roe was thrown in to the national debate.
