The play now is how to stop the dems from passing a act of Congress expanding the court to 15 which is all it would take there is no constitutional size of the Court 9 is set only by an existing act of Congress which can be changed with majorities in both houses if they use the Reid rule to nuke the filibuster in the Senate. Fortunately there is not much time till November to get a size increase passed and more spots confirmed if they hold both houses in January even if by fraud they will pack that court next year take that to the bank. This November is the most important election in history.
