American Thinker published a great run-down re Letitia James' Catch-22 for Trump, describing the entrapment that she has laid for him. (link: https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2022/06/new_yorks_attorney_general_has_president_trump_in_a_catch22.html) ......However, IMO, what the American Thinker article has done is to lay out the manner/method that Trump can use during his right to deposition to summon all of the major real estate players in New York to describe the way that their companies valuate their financial disclosures to suit different circumstances using the "the standards of accounting set forth by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)"........In other words, Letitia James has unknowingly created a "real estate equivalent" to Jeffrey Epstein's Black Book......Will all of the NY Heavies---the real estate players-----want to be deposed in front of Letitia James?......I say Not A Chance.....James' case will sink silently in to the mud.
