Good, I hope they win and those hospitals that punished these doctors are forced to pay millions in damages.

My understanding is that ivermectin doesn’t always work but when it does work—it works just fine toward getting rid of the symptoms of covid.

It’s about time.

The alphabet agencies have blackballed Ivermectin because it works better than big oharma’s clot-shot “vaccines.”

The incestuous relationship between the feds and pharma are nearing dissolution.

It wouldn't be surprising if the medical doctors' lawsuit against FDA probably does not include the fact that federal and state election year, career lawmakers are hiding behind non-elected FDA bureaucrats, or that the states have never expressly constitutionally given the feds the specific power to dictate policy for peacetime, INTRAstate healthcare purposes, not even for contagious diseases.

Corrections, insights welcome.

Also, Trump's red tsunami of patriot supporters are reminded that they must vote twice this election year. Your first vote is to primary career RINO incumbents. Your second vote is to replace outgoing Democrats and RINOs with Trump-endorsed patriot candidates.

Again, insights welcome.

It’s too bad they can’t drag the criminal fraudster CDC into the suit because of their non-scientific recommended/mandated Fauci/Wuhan virus protocols ... maybe they can get them separately.

Millions would have been saved, and more millions would have been rapidly cured, had Ivermectin been the “ vaccine “.

It’s an international crime that will never be revealed.

The article fails to point out WHY the FDA is anti-Ivermectin. It’s all about MONEY. The vaccine” mantra is all about conditioning the sheeeple for control, and MONEY.

Sure hope they win. Regardless of how effective Ivermectin is. There are studies that show it worked...however somewhat flawed. These studies are better than the studies the CDC uses to claim that masks work. Either way, hope they are vindicated.

Yeah. 2 years too late.

Not that it matters. The Rats will judge shop and a favorable ruling banning Ivermectin is pre-ordained. The Rats always fix it to get the answer they want. Kudos to the tardy Docs, but this lawsuit isn’t going anywhere.

Justice delayed is justice denied anyway.

This should have a ripple effect.
If there is a therapy, seems EUA should not be allowed.

from FDA
"FDA may authorize unapproved medical products or unapproved uses of approved medical products to be used in an emergency to diagnose, treat, or prevent serious or life-threatening diseases or conditions caused by CBRN threat agents when certain criteria are met, including there are no adequate, approved, and available alternatives"

Thanks for posting this.

We need a January 6 Committee-style report on the USA medical repression of any effective early treatment for Covid-19.

Anyone here have a reliable estimate of how many Americans were killed by respirators?

Thousands died because they were forced to lie on their back after being intubated.

Every American child who has asthma knows that breathing in bed is most difficult and most stressful when you lie on your back.

Excellent. The FDA is just a proxy for Big Pharma anyway. Both are thoroughly corrupt.

While I found the treatment itself to be largely ineffective, I am glad this tort is being brought. The FDA acted illegally by interfering with physicians prescriptive authority. I think the state boards who took license action should likewise become defendants as they acted illegally.

The question is what is the allegation? Restraint of trade? Tortuous interference? What is the remedy? Hard to prove economic damages and I suppose that punitive damages won’t apply? I agree with the tort but would like to read the complaint. Anyone know how to find r the actual complaint?

This is a silly lawsuit.

The FDA’s position that they have taken on IVM and COVID is probably wrong - but it is State Medical Boards that are disciplining, or not, over prescribing IVM for COVID, not the FDA.

The FDA is a PERMISSIVE agency. For example, they licensed hydroxychloroquine in 1955, giving people who states allow to prescribe PERMISSION to do so. But FDA does not and never has restricted prescribing to the original indication.
