I said to my former boss, a full-blown commie, that they will not be happy until they’ve criminalized being a conservative (this was during the Scooter Libby thing).

I believe the Capitol grounds were not restricted.
There is nothing I read that indicates he was disorderly inside the Capitol.
It is also not clear if he personally caused the disruption of Congressional activity.
I believe his conduct was improper, but not violative of the law cited in the articles I read.
I heard the 10 second clip. The audience had a rousing supportive response.

It’s not democracy that’s in jeopardy, it’s Deep State total control of our country which is in jeopardy, and they have no intentions of giving up their power. Democracy itself went out the window when they stole the election.
Joe has a history of saying the quiet part out loud.
