The fallacy in her argument is if Indiana is the source of the gun violence in Chicago why doesn’t Indiana have the same level of gun violence or any of the other places she mentioned

I’m sure there is some explanation, but I can’t exactly put my finger on it. What else could be a factor in so many shootings in a place such as Chicago?
And why doesn’t Indiana have huge shooting problems, with such lax gun laws???
