Trump Endorses Kevin McCarthy Despite Boos at Wyoming Rally
What does Trump have up his sleeve?
Most people usually don’t know, and it tends to turn out well for the MAGA king. He likes to keep people guessing.
While back in March, House Republicans conducted a poll to determine the views of battleground voters and found that 75 percent believed Democrats were ‘out of touch’ and ‘condescending.’
Republicans are believed to be headed towards a midterm sweep of the House because of the dismal state of the country under Democrat leadership.
The poll revealed a further 67 percent said Democrats were out of control in their spending in Congress.

He has to stop endorsing Bush League Republicans.
They exist to be Assistant Democrats.
After what they did to his first term, you’d think he’d catch on.
‘Congressman Kevin McCarthy is an outstanding Representative for the people of California, and a strong and fearless Leader of the House Republican Conference,’ Trump wrote.
I suppose his endorsements are being doled out to possible win races as opposed to local constituents choices? I know in NevaDUH he’s endorsed joe lambardo for gov and adam laxalt for the senate race. Not most folks choices from what I see. If they end up on the Nov ballot then yes.
I don’t know what his thinking is, and I am not in a position to second guess him.
I know what we all think of that doofus but Trump must have a good reason for supporting him, and I trust Trump more than any other politician.
I don’t know what is going on. McCarthy has stabbed him in the back so he knows McCarthy is a snake in the grass, so if he has some kind of valid rationale for saying nice things about him, it is quite opaque to me.
It is probably important to note that the people likely didn’t boo Trump, but probably booed his words in praising McCarthy.
I believe that is a distinction.

Flimsey Grahamnesty played a pivotal role in keeping the Trump/Russia collusion delusion going and yet Trump endorsed him for 2020.
Same with McConnell.
And Tillis and Cornyn.
And now they are all pushing for amnesty, which is the opposite of MAGA.

My theory: Trump endorsed McCarthy because McCarthy is weak beyond belief & will now owe his power to Trump, who operates 100% based on leverage. Second-term President Trump will therefore basically own the (probable) GOP Speaker.
I wouldn't be surprised if Trump & McCarthy made a deal to this effect.
Ask yourself how much more first-term President Trump could have accomplished if he had similarly held Paul Ryan's onions in a vise 2017-19.
See, we have the place surrounded, so I don't understand what everyone is afraid of.
The GOP needs to fight the fight against the DemonRats score they start a fight among themselves.

Trump seems to be succumbing to the illusion that supporting RINOs will somehow empower him. He is laboring under a big misconception. These are people who cannot be trusted and will stab him (and us) in the back at every opportunity.
I’ve been generous to Trump in the past. Re-thinking that now.
agree - Ryan was the worst POS ever- Trump could have done SO MUCH MORE if Rino Ryan hadn’t actually stopped him.
I blame Paul Ryno for almost everything that has happened since. They ran on repealing Obamacare, and when they didn’t deliver that disillusioned a ton of supporters, which make Pelosi speaker again .
McCarthy is weak beyond belief & will now owe his power to Trump

McCarthy is just nother RINO crony, leave him be. He hasn’t done anything for California. Granted the dems own 66% of all seats or more.
