The Dems did this to Rep. Devin Nunez’s district during the Obama did dictatorship. Reportedly put upwards of 60K agri cultural workers out of work. Believe it was the San Joaquin valley congressional district.
Water was diverted to LA.
Saw a statistic on some similar post that said of the water that falls on CA, >50% is allowed to run off.
Chinatown is one of my favorite movies. IMHO(and many critics)it is one of the top five or ten best movies ever made.

Poor water management, poor undergrowth management, bad forestry management, arson, and hyper-protectionism of various species have caused untold environmental damage in California, leading to droughts, reduction in farm yield, and shortages of water for human consumption. But, the results of all of their misguided efforts are blamed on glow-bull warming or climate change.
