The ‘shoes’ were all known days ago so what is new in this pimp article.
if it drops below a certain percent it is harder to prove, a certain level will result in arrest.\ .08 in california is “per se”, no need to prove impairement.
The human body metabolizes alcohol over time. Generally, this metabolization reduces a person’s BAC by about .015% per hour. For example, someone who has stopped drinking and has a BAC of .08% at 4:00 p.m. would likely have a BAC of about .05% two hours later
news reports state the times reported are in error
“A prior driving offense erroneously attributed to Mr. Pelosi is untrue and likely refers to an unrelated person with the same name. This error must be corrected,” the lawyer said in the statement. “There are also incorrect reports that misstate the timing of events.”
lots of info on dui here

I don’t know. I read a statement from his lawyer last night that made it sound like Pelosi was hit from behind in a little fender bender. All that time before they booked him was probably to give time to let his blood alcohol evaporate.
Upon finding out who he was, the officers probably offered to let him spend the night at the jail.
If you’re ever arrested for DUI, demand they wait 4 hours to test you.
Maybe he did and Pravda is just covering it up?
It might be 4 hours until you regain consciousness after you get a taste of their nightsticks.

Since the odds winning the lottery are so great, I could only wi$h that would happen.
He needs Sussman’s jury.
Good one!😃
The problem with that...at least in MA and other states...if you refuse the field sobriety test you’ll and automatically lose you license for 120 days.
“ he wasn’t driving an electric vehicle. He’s driving a Porsche “
To be fair, I haven’t seen mention of which Porsche it is. They do make several hybrids and a darn fine electric sedan.
I’d still want a 911 or Cayman, though.
They were trying to sober up the libtard pos drunk is what they were doing 🤪
It’s not rocket science just corruption as usual for libtards
If you blow a .1+ anything, you will lose your license for longer than that. Plus, you have a DUI on your license. Your insurance will go up $2K/year or more. Many companies will not insure you at all.
If you don’t blow, it is your word against the officer. Do not do the field sobriety test either. That way they do not have a video tape of you being unsteady on your feet, etc.
Take a cab to work for 4 months. The lawyer alone will be a minimum of $5K-10K.
This was all verbatim advice from my lawyer friend. If you do the above, your lawyer will most likely get a reduced charge. Maybe pay a fine. You will get your license back after the suspension.
You will be on probation for a year.
You will still pay your lawyer at least $5K.
So...best advice...don’t drink and drive.
Bingo
Take a cab. Rent a limo. It will be a heck of a lot cheaper.
Why in the hell would ANY cop today protect these bastards that demonize the, DAILY!! Remember Pelosi leading the charge in the capital with their African scarves wrapped around their necks KNEELING for the career criminal George Floyd and calling cops every damn racist name in the book!! If I were a cop I would have been jumping up and down with GLEE able to arrest this POS!! If ANYTHING happens to this officer he will be welcome in Texas and Florida!!
Yeah I'm pretty cynical but it wold be tough to hide something like that.
I thought she was under the influence... of prescription drugs. The truck driver was clean.
Hadn't heard that, but it could be true. Joe told Hunter that his addiction problems came from both his parents. I've often wondered if Neilia deliberately drove into that truck that day.
