That’s exports not total production. But there are countries that are almost entirely dependent on imports.
So between Russia and Ukraine, that’s over 20% of the world’s exports. Add to that the fertilizer shortage and droughts that will be affecting harvests in other countries, and yes, there probably is going to be some starving in the poorer countries.
