Actual research of long standing indicates that pre-existing psychosis combined with marijuana use is a definite risk factor for violence. More than either psychosis or pot alone. It would be inaccurate to say pot “causes”psychosis, but it exacerbates or potentiates the risk of decompensation.
Correlation is a subset of causation.

As I’ve been saying for the last 30 years. Pot is a psychotic drug that has different effects depending on the psychotic state of the user. It relaxes some, makes others paranoid, and if used by someone delusional behavior, can reinforce that. The way pot heads completely deny all the studies that have been done on it sort of demonstrates that.
