One of the weirdest tropes on the Left these days is the claim that freedom from government control is really fascism. Yesterday a reporter tried that theory out on Ron DeSantis, quoting a couple of Democrats who equated his Florida “regime” with totalitarian dictators like Fidel Castro. Big mistake:

The Rats have made their depraved Marxist intentions clear.
Once again, the left projects and shows how desperate they are.
The true political spectrum runs from total control - a dictatorship like North Korea, on the extreme left to total anarchy - no government at all, on the extreme right.
I think the founders of the United States got the balance just right. Unfortunately, the central government has grown out of all proportion, moved steadily to the left and assumed powers never intended or foreseen.
