The Washington Post published a hit piece on this and other matters involving Sarasota (and by extension, larger politics) over a week ago. Doesn't look like it's anywhere here on FR, but here is a link:
As community veers right, political division tears apart Sarasota, Fla.
Short version, the poor lefties don't like living alongside us deplorables, particularly when we hold political power. What's new?
Thanks for the post FRiend!
We can probably expect more political excoriation and violence from leftists when push comes to shove.
Pray for Florida!
Sarasota is a nice place but started to veer Left about 25 years ago. It is good to see some populist pushback, finally.
The following article was put on FR a week ago, but the poster who did it had the incorrect link, and the thread got pulled. So it was only up here briefly. I think it’s one that may be touching on the story you’re talking about.
“the lefties are rallying their forces on every front to ensure that their subversion of public schools into incubators of insanity stays firmly in place.”
Look up, “Fabian Socialists” sometime. They’ve been at it for over 100 years. Their plan? Implement socialism in America by slow, stealth takeover of schools, media, and courts.
The Fabians. They’re here, everywhere, and mission almost accomplished. Semi-secret society.
