Yes and it’s going to get crazier. We’re struggling with this at work. I’m trying to understand why we’re required to use “they and them” but I’ve seen her friends from outside work use “she” and “her” to “their” face. Make this make sense! Anyone?

I haven't encountered any of this stuff at a job, yet, maybe because lately my jobs tend to be low-paying blue collar work.
