It will also go into the coffers of an untold number of NGO$, and foundations to be laundered to left wing causes, political PACs, kick backs and other such palm greasing. 10% for the big guy too.

The Democrats believe that throwing money at a problem solves the problem. At least they can claim that they did something. When things do not work out as planned (as predicted by anyone with common sense), the Democrats then blame the Republicans or anyone else.
The Democrats repeat the same failed policies expecting different results. Is that not the definition of “stupid?”

it may be that they wanted to take a shot across the bow of the Putin invasion ship.
An amount that large sends the message that Putin is going to be outspent and that he has little realistic hope of succeeding.
Reagen essentially bankrupted the Soviet Union on military spending, this may be another version.

Reagen essentially bankrupted the Soviet Union on military spending, this may be another version.Reagan could do that because he got the economy back in shape.
He wasn't outspending the Soviets during record high gas prices and inflation.

“The US Anti-War Left is Dead.”
They’ve NEVER been dead, they are PERFECTLY HAPPY with wars, as long as they are destructive to the West...as in the case of Ukraine.
