After Schwab formed the WEF with mentoring of Kissinger, that organization has actively placed countless agents across all governments worldwide. We gripe about the visible members, while investing in their financial products.

Partly the usual Russian threats and chest thumping but it might also signal a desire for the US to get involved in terms of offering a negotiated settlement. It’s too humiliating for Putin to negotiate terms with Ukraine alone.
Before Russia’s 2014 invasion of Ukrainian territory the Government of Ukraine publicly stated they had no intention of joining NATO. So Russia has no one to blame but itself for pushing Ukraine to seek assistance in the event of further Russian aggression.

16 reserve units some of which are Battalions and some of which are Divisions. That help?
The RGF has been transitioning from Battalion back to Division size units - not all transitions are complete by any means.

Since I honestly have no previous information, I'm gonna call it eight divisions and eight more on the way based on what PIF told me. :)
