If true and it is Sotomayor’s clerk, he did not take this upon himself. My next question, is what will happen to him? Will he be pardoned and given a special medal by Brandon? Certainly would not surprise me. What about Sotomayor if she ordered the clerk to do this?????Lots of questions.
