If they had an active part in the commission or cover up of a criminal activity, I’m not sure that they can claim client - attorney privilege.
That’s what I was thinking. They’ll just ignore these “trial subpoenas.” Hillary has ignored everything else.
The FBI doesn’t mind because “how could they have known if they were lied to?”
So far, Durham is doing it right, building a case from the bottom up.
It remains to be seen, how far is up? We’ve been conditioned to expect this to fizzle out, after a couple low-hanging convictions, but the evidence is so strong here, we might be in for a surprise.
