This is one law that I break on a regular basis. If I’m there, it’s no longer a gun free zone.
Good thing the MO legislature back in 2004 saw that through- with exceptions there are no truly “gun free zones” in the state, other than federally placed restrictions.
Of course, a CCW licensee has immunities greater than a “permitless” carrier, in MO.
It is a crime for a permitless carrier to enter in to those places armed.
This bill basically removes the public transport of the state of MO (not federal planes train buses) from the statutes as places that the immuity 571.107 provides does not apply.
