To the nitwits who constantly prattle that we are a nation of immigrants and most of our ancestors (not all, in my case) were immigrants once, I tell them that the math is that the United States has 4% of the world's land area, 5% of the world's population and roughly 70% of the population living in the other 96% of the world who would like to come here.
How do they propose to reconcile that? They never have an answer.
