Russians had large scale movement of troops within Ukraine for two weeks, away from Kiev and Chernigov, in preparation for a big attack in the east that seems to have just began.

Just a note about tattoos:
If you ink yourself, and then you go to war, your ink might be held against you.
In Mariupol, where Ukrainian Armed Forces are surrendering by the 100s, the Russians are checking tats.
For some reason, Azov Nazis like to get Nazi tattoos. This is great most of the time, when drinking with your buddies, until you are backed into a corner and you have to decide between surrender or fighting to the death.
(Ukrainian Marines and other regulars are being taken as POWs.)
The prospect of “De-Nazification” is keeping the Nazi dead-enders in the Azovstal steel plant down in the tunnels. It’s way too late to erase their Nazi tattoos.
So, a word to the wise about tats:
Stick to anchors, and skip the Hitler references, if you are fighting Russians.
See the surrender video at the link.

I’m, also, not convinced that the global eliteists are NOT in bed with the communist Chinese.

I never had the urge to get a tattoo of any kind. Something wrong with me I guess.

You do know that the United States entered WWI almost TWO years after the sinking on the Lusitania, right?

After the war( remember all wars end) , the Ukies will ask themselves why Zelensky didn’t allow the two ethnic Russian Donbass provinces to gain their Independence…

Because Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts do not have Russian majorities. Although a majority speak Russian, only 39% and 38% of the two oblasts respectively are ethnic Russians. 75% and 69% are ethnic Ukrainians.

…as per the Minsk agreements that Ukraine signed in 2014.

The Minsk Protocol did not grant independence to Donbas, only autonomy in a reunited with Ukraine. Article 3 of the protocol:

Decentralisation of power, including through the adoption of the Ukrainian law "On temporary Order of Local Self-Governance in Particular Districts of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts".
Russia itself violated the protocol by continuing to support the insurgents and preventing reunion with Ukraine.

It breaks down like this, the Russian-speaking Ukrainians that support Ukraine, like my wife’s family and friends, are the real Donbas residents and fine honest people. Those who work for the “Separatists” and have positive opinions about Russia are low-bred White Trash who were moved into the area by autocratic rulers from Stalin to Putin.

That should have been 58% and 57% Ukrainian. The other numbers I gave were for the percentage of Russian speakers.

I find it ironic Zelensky’s primary fluent language ( raised) is Russian, his Ukrainian as with English is “learned”, western MSM claims him to be of Jewish faith but is married a Christian woman.

Russia broke the Budapest Memorandum.
The US, France, UK and China never honored their commitments to it.

A couple weeks back, someone arguing in support of US intervention supplied a link to some Budapest Memorandum info (references & links are always helpful ;>). When I read through the linked information, it seemed to describe multiple requirements (numbered below as they were at the link), including, that Russia, the UK, and the US agreed to:

1] Respect Belarusian, Kazakh and Ukrainian independence and sovereignty in the existing borders.
2] Refrain from the threat or the use of force against Belarus, Kazakhstan or Ukraine.
3] Refrain from using economic pressure on Belarus, Kazakhstan or Ukraine to influence their politics.
5] Refrain from the use of nuclear arms against Belarus, Kazakhstan or Ukraine.
6] Consult with one another if questions arise regarding those commitments.

The only requirement that appeared to specify a penalty for violating the agreement was the following:

4] Seek immediate Security Council action to provide assistance to Belarus, Kazakhstan or Ukraine if they "should become a victim of an act of aggression or an object of a threat of aggression in which nuclear weapons are used".

I've been advised that the Russian invasion has already been referred to the Security Council; is there any other language in the memorandum that would require the US to intervene militarily (for example, the "no-fly zone" some here advocated) or provide other military assistance?

(FWIW, I've found that if I ask about specific treaty obligations and/or US "vital interests" in Ukraine, many people get upset, start hurling insults & epithets, and finally appeal to "moral obligations" to justify their favored version of US support. So, let me state right up front, I'm just asking a question... ;>)

You are correct.

There is nothing, specific, in the agreement that we will intervene, militarily.

Though, that was what the Ukrainians were led to believe, at the time.

I don't belive Ukraine would have given up their most potent defensive weapons, unless they believed that they would be protected. I am against getting our military involved, though, we appear to be on some level.

I think Putin's primary goal is control of the new, huge gas fields to the west of Donbas.

They are a direct threat to Russia's monopoly on selling energy to Europe. I think Zelensky is a a Schwab NWO puppet, just like Biden.

I believe that Schwab NWO wanted this war.

Why would NATO, privately, tell Ukraine that they would never be part of NATO, but biden told Zelensky to keep up the pretense that they would join?

Why are there 30 biolabs, associated with and funded by our Dept of Defense, in a country the size of Texas, that borders our top geopolitical rival?

What was Hunter Biden's role? What corruption, in Ukraine, was biden and odumbo involved with?

What about the ass pimple? You left that off your insane list.

Listen dude, maybe I dated Klaus Schwab’s sister and one petted Soros’ dog, and Hunter Biden offer me a toke and I read a book by the WEF.
And even IF those biolabs are working on the ass pimple cure,

It means exactly squat

Putin invaded Ukraine because he’s always wanted it and Biden is weak, and it holds a very strategic position in Europe.

Klaus Schwab’s aunt’s hairlip is not the reason, despite the incredible coincidence that she shaved it before the invasion.
