I have fought with a bunch of FBI trolls.
They seem to hate it when I insult their intelligence because they have to use cartoons to get their messages across.
Transmitting is a high energy consumption “thing”. If phones pinged cell towers while powered off, the battery would quickly drain down. That DOES NOT HAPPEN. Now phones that have been hacked with SPYWARE can ping towers when powered off. But that IS NOT normal behavior.
Yup all devices such as cell phones, computers motherboards, TVs, that go to a soft low power “off” mode still emit RF, and each device has a unique RF signature that can be utilizied as a device fingerprint.
