My doctors, like most doctors, probably knew there are more physical downsides to wearing masks all the time than any perceived benefits.
Don’t forget in march 2020 even Fauxci admitted masks didn’t really work for covid, it was more about people making feel better. This was when supplies were running lean, but I can’t believe he’d say this just because of something like that.
But I’m fine if you want to wear them. If it makes you feel better, thats what counts, and apparently that’s all its going to do for you. I’m not for totalitarians one way or the other.
Yeah, except the mask I’m usually wearing in allergy season is a P100 respirator. Pretty sure that does a little bit more than make me ‘feel good’. For dust (while on a motorcycle), even cloth is a decent choice.

Wore a mask for 27+ years. For work. The last thing you wanted was to catch a cold. You could never get rid of it.
