Try using local honey. It has trace elements of pollen in it that supposedly helps build up resistance to local pollen.

I have... it has some rather unfortunate digestive system effects on me.

Right now I’m on three different antihistimines simultaneously and still have to wear my P100 mask to go out some days in the spring. :P
