The case of Burdick v. US, 1915, indicates that the pardoned does lose 5th Amendment protection concerning the crime pardoned for. It’s not without legal controversy, but seems pretty solid.

Problem is that today’s courts don’t feel bound by precedent and are willing to impose their political preferences.

I imagine Burdick would figure bigly in Brandon’s decision.

There is no telling how far and deep corruption runs in the Biden Crime Family.

Best to limit the damage even if crackhead Hunter gets to make new friends in prison.
