Dear business owners and CEO's:
As a headhunter, I've been dealing with HR for 25 years, and I implore you to fire them now! All of them! Ninety-nine percent of them are liberal, woke, CRT-pushing pukes who prioritize personal pronouns over production and profit.
I see them stalking social media to ensure that resumes of 'undesirables' are never seem by hiring managers. These elitist group-thinkers have an agenda, and it's not yours!
The CEO of a Fortune 100 company told me last week that he's "scared to death" of his VPHR. Sound familiar? They're your enemy, not your friend; a liability, not an asset. You've already outsourced your payroll, benefits, and recruiting - so what do you need HR for anyway? Do the cost/benefit analysis and see for yourself. Defund your expensive Applicant Tracking System, the infamous 'black hole'. Defund your worthless money-sucking HRIS system.
HR gets their marching orders from the national HR organizations like SHRM and NHRS, and your company is probably funding them! Check out the websites of these organizations and see their agenda for yourself. Stop sending your people to HR conferences where they are encouraged to hate you.
Stop the nonsense! Show some guts! You know that HR is a magnet for anti-American, anti-white, anti-straight wokeness. Please, for the sake of your employees, your company, and your country: FIRE THEM! ALL OF THEM!

Just like the conversation all over America, and really the world, about defunding police work, today I want to talk about defunding human resources, recruiting, and compensation. HR oversees a system with rules that they don’t control and might not even agree with but can’t change, and they rarely see people at their best. For the past 40 years, we’ve been pumping money into human resources and we are not getting the ROI we deserve.

HR seems to have become a home for malignant wokesters who abuse their power in the name of their agenda and the agenda is far more important than the reason for the existence of the organization.
Put their accounting duties back under accounting and bring back the old school personnel manager and get rid of the woke nonsense that comes with “HR”.
Years ago, I started a job at a division of a large company (that operated like a startup). I will always remember what the chief executive told me, “I never had an HR problem until I got an HR department.”
Things always change for the worse when they are re-branded.
The Employment Department became Human Resources.
Police officers became law enforcement officers.
Teachers became educators.
Etc.
Side note: I am a retired teacher. I will not call myself an “educator”. I hate that word.
In almost 40 years of professional experience I never saw racism or sexisam except done deliberately by the HR departments!
It’s too late. As you said, after 25 years the HR culture is ingrained in the corporate behemoth. The higher ups like to be able to blame HR for their lack of leadership.
And as far as your mention of stalking social media, my thought is that if you are stupid enough to post things on social media, then you are too stupid to be hired for a job.
And one more thing, cut down on the use of acronyms, since most people don’t speak corporatese.
I work in technical fields (DOD, lasers, optics, electronics) and I’ve always thought it must be tough for an HR person to realize that 98% of the company’s employees are smarter than you. I think some HR types resent that and act out. And most women HR managers won’t hire a woman they think is more attractive than they are. Yeah I said it.
Back in late 1980's I was working HR, (Personnel Dept. back then) for the Boeing Co. in Seattle.
Back then Personnel did all the hiring and all the firing too, at least in the commercial aircraft division.
One supervisor sent one of his employees to us; this guy was in the process of 'transitioning' to a 'woman', (Yeah there were even freaks back then), he wore frilly female clothes and his shrink told him that he should be allowed to use the women's bathrooms.
My Boss met with him and told him hell no, now get back to work.
Not too long later he was sent packing for continued insubordination.
Does anyone think that would happen today?

Having dedicated my sincere and diligent efforts to try and understand why anyone would post anything about race, religion or politics on social media, I have come to the following conclusion: They are idiots.
Sorry about the acronyms.
Kids do social media and that won’t change. I kinda like the guys who wear their patriotism and love for Trump proudly. They’re comfortable in their own skin, confident in who they are. They make great employees.

When HR gets involved you can bet your company is doomed. It seems like the septic tank floaters end up teaching or in HR. I have had one good HR person in the 25 years+ I have been at my company and she moved on to another company.
I remember when we got our first HR person at my campus. She called me and told me what I needed to do to run my department. I said thanks for your input and ignored her completely. One of my employees came too me a few weeks later and said that HR was wondering why you were not following their suggestions and I said you tell HR I——I run my department and unless it is a violation of company policy or the law I will decide how things are run. With that I was left alone and to this day HR stays away from me.
HR creates unnecessary problems for management and is at war with the employees, a totally useless department.
HR makes us undergo FERPA training every 3 years and they are the biggest violator of it. When I refused due my upcoming retirement, they told me I could lose access to certain data necessary to do my job. “Please don’t throw me in the briar patch, brer fox”. Since I provide info for HR, they went quiet on me.
They make us go through Title IX training even though we openly discriminate on the basis of sex.

They are idiots because they should already be well aware of the fact that many HR departments scrub the internet and social media for info on job candidates, looking for any posts that are either politically or socially “incorrect”, and when found, they are immediately disqualified as an applicant or have their employment terminated. Afterwards, they bitch, moan and complain.
So, going back to my comment, they are idiots.
An idiot with convictions, or a wussie with a job. Tough call.
