Interesting Map Shows Countries Who Support Western Government Sanctions Against Russia vs. Those Who Do Not
Conservative Treehouse ^ | 3/26/22 | Sundance

An enterprising journalist from Bolivia [Twitter Link] mapped the countries that support the sanctions against Russia (yellow) versus the countries that are not participating in the western sanctions against Russia (grey). (“Decadent West” vs. rest of world) The image provides a visual reference to consider our previous discussions about the cleaving of the global economy between two overarching ideologies.

The rest of the world don't care about a white versus white war.
Or they don't want to attract the ire of Russia, no matter the outcome of the war.

It would be better to say those who have taken steps to implement sanctions and those who haven’t.

“Those Who Do Not” is miss-leading.

That being said, it would be better to look at GDP and Population rather than this representation of the round globe distorted to fit on a 2D surface. It distorts their true relative land masses. This would be better to represent their relative locations on the globe.

--- "it would be better to look at GDP and Population..."

A rough estimate of population in this seeming "polar divide" -- itself an image painted by the Western press -- pits perhaps a billion people of the European and North American sphere against 5-6 billion people seeming to lie outside that "sphere of influence."

As to GDP, if a non-dollar petro exchange comes into being, GDPs will have to be re-evaluated, but even without that, the massive first world debt as represented by the Fed and European Central Bank suggest GDP would not be a valid measure any longer. FJB.

It still would be more accurate to look at population, not trying to skew it just help do a better job of presenting and visualizing it.

As far as GDP, I think you under estimate intellectual capability as it relates to GDP. There is a lot of technology dependency in all resource extraction.

This is a significant cost component, people that can’t get this extraction technology have difficulty extracting resources.

Russia is suffering a hyper-brain drain right now. They are going to loose their ability to do many things.

They want development funding, which China has been funding (at China’s price). I don’t think most of what used to be referred to as third world would care for the rainbow annihilation of their cultures that is the price of membership in the Decadent Western Camp. There was a second map in the article which reflected the don’t care attitude of sub Saharan Africa. Did you notice that the S in BRICS is South Africa. None of these nations have Russian nukes aimed at them, therefore they zero fear of Russian meddling or invasion. Russia can’t effectively project its force across its own border. The Decadent West are the professionals at projecting their force half way round the world to steamroll nations that are no threat to them. The murderous 20 year illicit projection of power in Iraq did not go unnoticed by the unaligned nations of the world.

The first map seems to coincide with the countries that think global warming is more important than eating and heating your home or fueling your vehicle. Coincidence???

I especially like the second map - “What Western Nations Think When Tragedy Strikes”!

The liberal media does seem to care more when it white people suffering around the world.

Never thought I’d see the day when so-called conservatives would be siding with the Third World against the developed western world. Imperfect as it is, it is still better than the shit holes that dominate Africa, South America, and much of Asia.

It’s simply a battlefield in the western war to effect regime change in Russia. Moscow must have its Nguyen Van Zelenskyy, too.

You'd better take a look at China's gargantuan GDP which is over three times that of Germany and is on track to overtake US GDP in the not distant future

I think you think I am arguing something that I am not, actually you are agreeing me that this would be a better way of looking at this. GDP and Population.

Thank you!

Never thought I'd see the day when so-called conservatives would be siding with the Third World against the developed western world.

That's what happens when the so called developed western world went woke and started terrorizing conservatives, cutting off conservative free speech rights and throwing conservatives into jail without trial.
We have no alternative but to fight evil people like Dementia Joe, Zuckerberg, Soros etc with all our strength.

Just wondering - how do we know these sanctions are actually being imposed? Gov’t, media, tech, etc. have totally destroyed their own credibility, so that’s why I’m wondering.
