India produces their own third-generation anti-tank missiles. I'd bet that production is being ramped up.
Turkey and other second tier countries are also producing them.
Using land armies to conquer and control territory is going to get way more difficult as the lessons of Ukraine are applied.

India buys almost all of their military tech from Russia. They must be watching with concern as a smaller force of mostly infantry are turning T-90s into scrap and blowing Su-30s out of the sky.
