I hope they get traction with this. But given the sham of a legal system we have in this country? Not a chance in hell.

Agreed. The science really ought to be straight forward, one way or another. (And it is.) But I imagine the political science will weigh a lot heavier.

I hope they get traction with this.Interesting choice of venue - District Court in Utah; it's stomping grounds of former US Atty Huber but jury pool draws from rubes who fell for Romney. Angel Moroni, don't fail us now (or drop that third vowel).
