I would forgo all the missile bases since the missiles would be gone by the time enemy missiles would get here.
I would target New Orleans. Niagara Falls area, Norfolk, NYC, Seattle, San Francisco, San Diego, Long Beach, All the military bases on the coast such as those in FL. Houston and all the rest of the ports. And of course Washington DC. Colorado Springs Co. Sault Ste Marie. Detroit. Hawaii. Guam. And the military bases. One specifically at Panama.
Just those top 14 or so I named would be catastrophic by themselves.
And your right. Mac knew the Asian mindset. Patton knew the Russian mindset.

He has one option. Get rid of NATO in Ukraine and the slimy DC thugs running the country, you know, the goons of the slimy illegitimate thugs in the White House. Once Russia has doubled its conventional weapons, it will storm back into Ukraine and president Harris will have to blow up the world to stop him. I'd like to hear your explanation of why U.S. troops aren't already fighting in Ukraine already if "everyone" in D.C. wants them there? What you said is inarguably false on that basis alone.
