No, this isn’t good (for Joe,) but it’s been pretty steady at this level for some time.

Rasmussen has “right direction” at 29%. I think they’re a little more reliable.

I live in a heavily Democrat area. And I’ve seen quite a few ads on local TV saying how great Biden is. And it’s always some small business owner doing the talking.
The general election is a long time off. Yet the Democrats are spending money to run those ads. They must be more than a bit worried.

The thing is, the media has been touting Biden where they bashed Trump. I think Trump had a 63% wrong track as a low mark when the China flu got going.

Rasmussen has “right direction” at 29%. I think they’re a little more reliable. That's still about 28.9% too many. The .1% are either homeless, or Members of Congress enjoying the 21% increase in their (slush fund) staffing allowance.

They should be worried if they aren’t already. I am praying for every last one of them to be voted out of office.

I suspect that is a 'rally around the flag' effect. I wonder what the number would be if people were asked 'Should the United States go to war with Russia over Ukraine, even if it means the utter destruction of most of the United States along with the world?"

Yeah, Americans said the same thing about Obama.
Then they reelected him.
