Why not just run for President instead? Trump probably doesn’t know squat about parliamentary procedure, and the primary responsibility of the Speaker is to build coalitions and navigate the intricacies of managing legislation. He’s an executive, not a staff guy.

And in this scenario, it hinges on snagging a majority in the next rigged election..
Some seem to have a belief that the nation deserves another election
The legal way is to decertify via any three or more of the five battleground states.
Then evoke a 12th Amendment process where Trump is guaranteed to win because the House gets one vote per state delegation.
That said, a Trump term would only last two years which is a travesty for the country which elected Trump by a landslide.
A possible solution would be for the House to elect a President Pro Tem for two years such as Alabama’s MO Brooks. Trump would be free to run for a full 2nd term in 2024.
The country should insist on full heavy prosecution of all those involved in overthrowing Trump in 2020 including prosecution of Republicans.
Would be nice if whoever gets the Republican Speakership at the coming mid-term sweep has the cajones to hand Pelosi a sheaf of torn paper as she reluctantly passes him the gavel.
The new Republican Speaker should give Nancy a cold stare and say "Here's some trash you left us from President Trump's State of the Union Address."
As she ignores the pack of torn paper, turns and stumbles away, the new Speaker should fling the pack at her retreating back in a white shower of humiliation.

He’s already lost a year and a half. Even IF he could get back into office this term, too much time has been lost (that he can’t get back) under Bidet and SpreadLegs HarryAss.
This is a complete pipe dream. Even if, somehow, McCarthy and the House Republicans consented to elect Trump as speaker, there is simply no way that you’re ever going to get 2/3 of the Senate to vote to impeach Kamala Harris or any other Democrat. You couldn’t even get 2/3 to impeach Trump, and he was hated by the entire news media and most of the political establishment. This is never going to happen.
Time to let this one go, make sure that it can’t happen again this year or in 2024, and focus on those future elections.

The masses who shun Politics have no clue they are sealing their fate. Their Complacency will be the doom of, if not them, their posterity.
The very thing their forefathers fought for and in many cases died for, freedom is being undermined. So very sad.

Never before have free peoples been given the opportunity to rule themselves. Ever. In all of the history of this world.
Only in America has this ever happened. And, there are tyrants and wannabe tyrants that hate this. They Hate this American Example.
They Fear this American Example and want it to FAIL. And, unfortunately, there are a great many so-called Americans that want it to fail as well.
Too many of them call themselves Republicans. RINO’s. Who pretend during Election Season to care but, merely cover themselves in Conservative Camo during Election Season.
And, the ignorant Americans who vote for them, and pay no attention to Politics in the interim, are clueless about how they are being played for fools by those RINO’s.
