Yeah that’s still a conspiracy theory. A biolab is not a lab making bomiological weapons.
I believe a poster here explained these labs monitor possible leaks from Soviet era labs.

Can anyone help me find some links to a story and video taken during the time Iraq was supposed to be allowing weapons inspectors in their country to check after they’d been pushed back from their incursion into Saudi area?
One video shows them getting caught moving bio equipment out the back of some building when inspectors were entering trying to hide their work. They were caught red handed. The inspectors wouldn’t leave till someone confirmed it.
Not that it did a lot of good later.
