Jan. 6 panel argues Trump was involved in ‘criminal conspiracy’ to overturn election

The House committee said in a court filing that members of the Trump campaign may have been involved, as well.

The House committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol argued in a new court filing that former President Donald Trump and members of his campaign were part of a conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election results.

“The Select Committee ... has a good-faith basis for concluding that the President and members of his Campaign engaged in a criminal conspiracy to defraud the United States,” the panel wrote in a legal brief filed Wednesday.

The filing focuses largely on John Eastman, a Trump-allied lawyer who wrote memos arguing that then-Vice President Mike Pence could overturn the election. The committee previously subpoenaed Eastman to turn over documents but said he claims they are protected by attorney-client privilege.

The Dems midterm strategy seems like they’re definitely going to be talking about Jan 6........but they don’t want the message delivered by Joe Biden.

The left’s version of Jan 6 has not taken hold as well as they would have liked, but they’re going to stick w/ it and even ramp it up.

They’ll use election resources from the Biden regime such as the Department of Justice to gaslight as many Americans as possible with two goals in mind:

1. They want us to think all Republicans lawmakers are responsible for the “domestic terrorism” that took place during the “insurrection” on January 6, 2021.

2. They desperately want to prevent Donald Trump from running in 2024 by using January 6 to block him, and they’ll attack the people he endorses by attaching them to January 6.

The Jan 6 Star Chamber is a criminal conspiracy. Of course it absolutely ignores the real conspiracy perpetrated by the Clinton campaign with the aid of the Steele dossier, the FBI, the CIA, Obama…..
