I follow some trucking industry groups on facebook. Today a guy said that his son manages a truck stop and got an email from the company VP that said prepare for diesel shortages.
Another guy shared a QPN Fuel Alert that said after midnight tonight, price for diesel is going up 22 cents per gallon.

I saw a station here in Atlanta with pricing at
4 dollars a gallon for Diesel and gas.
It was 2 dollars under Trump.

Ask your farm friends if they can get fertilizer and herbicides.
If they can get it they cant afford it with the fuel prices etc.
Russia is number one in the world in the production of fertilizers if you combine both ammonia based and urea based fertilizers.
