On August 4, 1961, at the age of 18, Dunham gave birth to her first child, Barack Obama. You seem to be right. So she met the "4 years after age 14" requirement. Well, that's embarrassing. I read that she was 17 and never checked it.

I retract my post #87 above. I’ll have to check my old posts of the subject. Was the requirement for transfer of citizenship really that one parent was required to have five years of American citizenship after age 14?
