I work with both men and women and the courts are capricious and the judicial system is plain evil.

You are correct. The adversarial legal model under "no-fault", a fundamental contradiction that can only be addressed through denial of justice, is extremely destructive. Everyone suffers—mothers, fathers and children—except for the divorce industry practitioners who profit off the misery of others.
