I'm just curious (if your son happens to know the answer to this): what percentage of all-cash offers made on houses are from truly regular people and not investment firms such as Blackrock?
I have a hard time believing that there are that many families out there who can pay for a house in cash...

I hear a lot of investment came from China and outside of the USA. I’ll ask him. He did heavy refinancing but moved into something different when demand slowed down.
