I’m sure there will be plenty of livestreaming going on by the truckers. However, this appears to be their way of making sure that one’s mere presence there will be grounds for arrest.

They are in a Metropolitan area, they cannot hide what they are doing. If they are concerned about appearances, they need only conduct themselves properly.
We don’t know that those personnel are in fact LE.
