Yellowstone co-star Forrie Smith says he will not attend the upcoming Screen Actors Guild Awards – citing the show’s mask and vaccine requirements.
Yellowstone, one of the best television shows on the air, has been nominated for the Outstanding Performance by an ensemble cast in a drama series category at the SAG awards.
The SAG Awards requires China virus vaccines, testing, and masks.
That is a deal breaker for Smith, who is known for playing the loyal Dutton family ranch hand Lloyd on Paramount’s smash hit, which just wrapped its fourth season.
Smith, who has been part of that ensemble since 2018, announced Monday on his Instagram page that he will not be in attendance.
“I want to apologizes to y’all for not being at the Screen Actors Guild Awards,” Smith told his Instagram followers in a video message. “I mean no offense to anyone. I’m not vaccinated, and it’s a requirement to be vaccinated.”
He also made it very clear he is also against any and all vaccinations — including seasonal flu shots.
“I’m not vaccinated, I will not get vaccinated,” Smith said. “I haven’t been vaccinated since I was a little kid. I don’t vaccinate my dogs, I don’t vaccinate my horses. I’ve never had a flu shot. I never will. I believe they compromise your immunities.”
Smith said he had been looking forward to walking down the red carpet while wearing a black cowboy hat and a pair of boots, but will be absent.
“It’s just my beliefs… I just don’t believe in that stuff,” he said. “Whatever.”

He probably just lost his job... Or maybe they’ll just take him to that place where they dump the bodies in Yellowstone down that deep ditch.
Met him in September at Pie Town, NM.
One of the local restaurants was having a fund raiser for the local Fire Department.
He stopped by to help boost the donations, and stayed for about 2 hours.
Very down to earth and nice.
Chatted with him for several minutes.
Pie Town has a population of around 25 people.
And, yes, the pie is GOOD!

I watched about 10 min of an episode a few months ago and it was horrible. F this and F that for NO reason. The dialog was so childish......close the F'n gate.... NO, F you....you close that F'n gate AND F you!
This crap should be banned for having no redeeming value. I will never watch again, nor will I watch ANY Cosner film!
The experimental drugs being pushed have little to do with “vaccine.”
I’m glad that Forrie Smith stood up to the vax mob.
