Stupid is as stupid does. These two are stupid with a vengeance that is frightening.
They remind one of the cursed rebels of Revelation, who no matter what God throws at them they rebel against Him to the bitterest of ends. Never mind that they both babble about being “Catholic”, like God doesn’t see through that nonsense.
Evil is the word to use.
Dumb and dumber.

There is NOTHING stupid about Biden or Pelosi. They are evil self serving leftists but they are in no way stupid.
To call Evil stupid is to overlook its very nature. To allow it to exist.
I clearly understand your concern. Evil is not ignorant except of the Lord. These two, however, are base dumb. They simply are vicious about defending their stupidity. They act stupid. They talk stupid. They even look stupid. I maintain these two dimwits are in fact stupid.
I understand why you think they are stupid. One does not get to the positions of power they have with stupidity. Craftiness, evilness, and acute self awareness and ability to manipulate others and survive are hallmarks of intellegences. They also have engendered huge followings.
Stupid people do not have these abilities.
They only appear that way to people who ascribe rational goals to them.
Their goals are not, in fact, the well-being of the country. Their goals are the downfall of the country. Everything they do is meant to topple the US as the world leader. Everything they do is meant to consolidate power elsewhere.
Once people actually understand it to the core of their being, will we be able to stop them. Unfortunately, not enough people will ever see, or admit, it.
Not sure about how ignorance relates to stupidity, but a great many folks nowadays (won’t mention names as they know who they are) are showing ignorance as to the Truth of God. This is easily evident in some of the things they say & do.
The qualities you list don’t necessarily point to intelligence as more to simple cunning.
Predators are cunning, they have to be.
Biden and Pelosi are predators.

You are absolutely correct. I just note that you are sitting behind a computer screen calling the first and second most powerful people in the country stupid. If that makes you feel good, have at it.
However smug you might be in your sureness that these two people are stupid, rest assured, that their stupidity is wildly successful. And has outfoxed most all conservatives in our country.
I'm a former liberal. I know how they operate.
And these two are pure, energetic evil. Intelligence? These two? Pffft.
